In 2024, Colonial Buick GMC set out to grow traffic in their service department. While sales remained steady, they saw a clear opportunity to bring more business through their service lane—particularly from new customers. With limited internal resources for outreach and past campaigns underperforming, they needed a reliable marketing strategy to re-engage existing customers and attract fresh faces.
The Solution
